Weather Early Closure for Superior Court this week.

Due to the inclement weather, Cowlitz County Superior and Juvenile Court offices will be closing at 3:00 PM today, Tuesday, December 28, 2021 and for the rest of the week through Thursday, December 30, 2021. The office will be Closed all day on December 31, 2021 due to the New Year's Holiday.

There may be some court proceedings which will continue past the 3:00 p.m. office closing time.

The Cowlitz County Superior Court Clerk's Office will be following the same modified schedule.

Early closing will give our employees an opportunity to get home before roads become more difficult and dangerous to travel with temperatures dropping and more snow in the forecast.

We will be open on Monday, January 3, 2022 on our revised 2022 schedule which can be found HERE, and are expecting normal operating hours, dependent on changing weather conditions.
