Updated Masking Policy - Superior Court

Effective immediately, 13 May 2022, during any Superior or Juvenile court proceeding, other than the jury trials, the wearing of surgical quality masks shall be at the option of the participant.

All participants of Superior Court Jury trials shall wear a surgical quality mask during the proceedings. Surgical quality masks will be available for anyone who does not have their own mask.

Masks shall be removed when a witness is actively testifying.

Anyone who wishes to wear a mask during any court proceeding, other than when testifying, shall be allowed to wear a mask, and a mask will be provided if requested.

The masking requirements in Juvenile Detention are unchanged - masks are required by the Governor's Mandate.
