Updated Face Mask Policy - 4-3-23

No-mask.svg Masks Not Required as of April 3, 2023

Superior Court no longer requires masks of any individual appearing at, or doing business with, the Superior Court. This change went into effect April 3, 2023. The change applies to the public, jurors, and court employees. Jurors have previously been required to wear masks during voir dir .

Masks will be permitted to be worn anywhere in the Courthouse at the wearer's option. We will continue to have face masks available for use in our facilities for anyone who needs one.

Juvenile Detention masking rules are governed by Labor and Industries rules for correctional facilities, and may be different. Please contact Juvenile detention if you have specific questions or a need to access that facility. 360-577-3101

If you have questions regarding masks or other topics, please contact our Court Administrator, Danyel Paul at PaulD@Cowlitzwa.Gov
