Cowlitz County Local Civil Rule 88(d) requires the following:

  • The party bringing the motion will prepare the temporary orders.
  • The Court will set a presentation date.
  • The proposed order shall be filed with the Court and provided to the other party/attorney not less than five (5) court days prior to the presentation date.
  • Objections to the form of the order shall be provided, in writing, to the other party/attorney and filed in the Court file, not less than two (2) court days prior to the presentation date.

Starting May 1, 2015, this rule will be uniformly enforced.
