Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Washington since September 1992 with an unblemished record. Began practicing at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital in Tacoma, then served as Charge RN for DSHS Rainier State School, beginning in 1994; case manager, emergency care team member, and acute care for dual diagnoses clients with severe developmental and emotional disabilities. I began working as a School District Nurse Supervisor in Lewis County during 1999, receiving a School Nursing Certificate from WSU-Vancouver in 2000. Case management for medically fragile-special needs students, grant writing to access supplemental funding, clinic coordinator for low income students and their families to access on-site dental and other essential services, health/CPS referrals, and state mandated assessments. Widespread experience and CE training in mental health (adult and pediatric), domestic violence and substance abuse. On Title 26 GAL Registry since 2014 and have been appointed 131 cases.
